Налагодження ефективної взаємодії сім`ї і школи як одна із функцій соціального педагога

Abstract

В статті проаналізовано підходи до вирішення проблеми успішної взаємодії сім’ї і школи в сучасних умовах. Розглянуто класифікацію сімей, особливості сучасної сім’ї, мету, завдання та принципи сімейного виховання. Автором доведено, що важливою умовою ефективної навчально-виховної роботи є співробітництво школи і сім’ї, яке передбачає належний рівень педагогічної культури батьків. Тісний взаємозв’язок школи та сім’ї може розвиватися завдяки педагогічній освіті батьків і залученню їх соціальними педагогами до виховної роботи. The article is focused on the analysis of approaches to resolving the issue of successful interaction between family and school under current circumstances. The article also details on classification of families, particularities of a modern family, purpose, objectives, and principles of family education. The author proves that cooperation between school and family is an important prerequisite for efficient educational and upbringing work which implies a proper level of parents’ pedagogical culture. A close-knitted relationship between school and family can be developed due to parents’ pedagogical education and their involvement into education activities by social workers. It is submitted that execution of public assignments on children’s upbringing at school or at place of residence by parents is the most viable form of improvement of parents’ pedagogical culture, enhancement of their pedagogical knowledge and experience. The said assistance to school is highly estimated by children and adolescents, facilitates trust-based relations between a pupil and parents, and consequently helps to successfully resolve a wide range of various complex educational matters.
