Конструювання змісту навчального матеріалу як важлива педагогічна умова в технології формування соціальної компетентності курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України

Abstract

У статті розкрито важливість конструювання змісту навчального матеріалу як педагогічної умови, передбаченої технологією формування соціальної компетентності у курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України. Визначено необхідність відбору тих понять, що необхідні для розуміння соціальних вимог та виконання необхідних ролей офіцерами органів внутрішніх справ при виконанні завдань професійної діяльності, узгодження та систематизації знань з різних навчальних дисциплін в аспекті якнайповнішого розкриття сутності соціальних норм. Ключові слова: соціальна компетентність, конструювання змісту, структура, соціальна взаємодія, поняття, курсанти.

The article deals with the most important pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of social competence of future internal affairs officers, including the creation of developmental educational environment and direct pedagogical support of this process. The author pays attention to the importance of educational material content arranging as pedagogical condition, provided by the technology of formation of social competence in students of higher educational establishments of Ukraine. The necessity of coordination and systematization of knowledge from different disciplines in terms of fullest disclosure of social norms, values, relevant view points and beliefs which are the components of social competence of law enforcement officers has been determined. The author points out the importance of selecting concepts necessary for understanding the social requirements and executing the necessary role of internal affairs officers while performing their duties. The researcher stresses that the information about social norms and values will allow cadets to form a system of personal values and meanings of social interaction through the analysis and understanding.
