Психолого-педагогічні аспекти формування готовності до професійної діяльності майбутніх тренерів-викладачів у ВНЗ

Abstract

У статті подано результати аналізу психолого-педагогічної літератури з проблеми формування готовності майбутніх тренерів-викладачів у ВНЗ до професійної діяльності, розкрити основні поняття готовності до професійної діяльності, які розглядаються сучасною психолого-педагогічною наукою, виявлена сутність та специфіка готовності майбутніх тренерів-викладачів до професійної діяльності, визначено структуру готовності до професійної діяльності, виокремлено два основні підходи до визначення змісту поняття «готовність до діяльності» – функціональний та особистісний. Ключові слова: професійна готовність, діяльність, тренер-викладач, професіоналізм.

The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of the future coaches-instructors’ professional activity readiness formation at higher educational establishments is presented in the article. Two main approaches to the definition of the concept "readiness to professional activity" are determined. They are distinguished as functional and personal. The structure of readiness to professional activity is determined. It includes: understanding of the personal needs, goals; comprehension and assessment of the conditions under which the professional activity will be carried out; forecasts of intellectual, emotional, motivational and volitional processes; outlining the most probable ways to solve professional problems based on experience; evaluation of opportunities correlation; mobilization of activities in accordance with the conditions and objectives. Despite the differences in a particular interpretation of "readiness", analysis of the psychological literature shows that most of the authors consider the readiness to be a special mental state. The prospects for future research cover the development and justification of criteria, indicators and levels of future coaches-instructors’ readiness to the professional activity.
