Abstract: Was conducted the analysis of the results in 94 patients with chronic pancreatitis combined with coronary heart disease. Along with standart tests, to these patients were done: the study of duodenobiopsy with the amylase activity of duodenal mucosa; functional carbohydrate load with the determination of glucose by glucose oxidase peroxidase method of Dahlquist; determination of interleukins (IL-1,4,6,8 and TNF-a). Was found different changes of membrane digestion, which was correlated with the severity of chronic pancreatitis. Evaluation of interleukin status among patients with combined pathology of the pancreas indicates the significant increse the amount of pro-inflammatory interleukin in comparison with norm and requires optimization of their treatment.
