Вплив цукрового діабету 2 типу на морфофункціональні зміни гранулоцитів

Abstract

Метою нашої роботи було проаналізувати вплив цукрового діабету 2 типу на гранулоцити венозної крові у 38 хворих із супутньою ішемічною хворобою серця та у 9 пацієнтів, які не страждають на діабет, з використанням електронної мікроскопії. Аналіз ультраструктури гранулоцитів виявив, що наявність діабету може бути причиною дегенеративних змін гранулоцитів. Зміни в структурі гранулоцитів були в основному при декомпенсації цукрового діабету 2 типу, гіперглікемії і значно вищій тривалості захворювання більше ніж 5-10 років. The aim of our work, was to analyze the impact of diabetes mellitus type 2 venous blood granulocytes, in 38 patients with concomitant ischemic heart disease and in 9 patients without diabetes, using an electronic microscope. Аnalysis ultrastructure of venous blood granulocytes of patients with ischemic heart disease and patients with type 2 diabetes and ischemic heart disease found that the presence of type 2 diabetes causes degenerative changes in the granulocytes. Damage to the structure of granulocytes were found mainly in decompensated type 2 diabetes, hyperglycemia and significantly higher duration of disease (more than 5-10 years), which is also accompanied by a heavy flow events.
