Діагностика токсокарозу у дітей

Abstract

В роботі вказано, що личинки токсокар можуть вражати, будь-який орган дитячого організму, але в більшості випадків викликають захворювання бронхів та нирок. Для імунологічної діагностики токсокарозу слід обстежувати дітей із рецидивуючими захворюваннями, які не піддаються загальноприйнятому лікуванню, мають високу еозинофілію крові (>10%), помірну лімфоаденопатію, коли наявний постійний контакт їх з домашніми соба- ками. Токсокароз у дітей, як правило, протікає без гепатоліенального синдрому та зовсім рідко з абдомінальним син- дромом, часто без висипів на шкірі, без важких неврологічних захворювань, тому обстеження на наявність токсока- розу можливо проводити навіть при відсутності вищевказаних основних та тимчасових ознак цього захворювання. It is indicated in this work, that the larvae of toxocaria can strike each organ of child's organism, but in most cases cause the disease of bronchial tubes and buds. For immunological diagnostics of toxocariosis it follows to inspect children with reci-dive diseases, which cannot be added to the generally accepted treatment, have high eozinophilium of blood (>10%), mod-erate limphoadenopathy, when a permanent contact takes a place them with home dogs. Toxocariasis for children, as a rule, flows without a hepatoliental syndrome and quite rarely with an abdominal syndrome, often without rashes on a skin, without the of heavy neurological diseases, that is why inspection in the presence of toxocariasis is possible to conduct even in de-fault of the higher indicated basic and temporal signs of this disease.
