| Abstract: | У статті висвітлюються зміст і значення правового поліцентризму як принципу пізнання правових явищ. Роз- кривається недосконалість та суперечливість методології юридичної науки. Акцентується увага на необхідності виокремлення світогляду і правового поліцентризму як основних засад дослідження права. Актуалізація проблеми правового поліцентризму пов’язується в тому числі з глобалізацією і євроінтеграцією. Вказується на важливість розгляду права не лише як соціального регулятора, а як елемента культури. Ключові слова: методологія, наукове пізнання, право, правовий поліцентризм, принцип пізнання, світогляд. |
| Description: | The purport and significance of law polycentrism as a principle of cognition of law phenomena are elucidated in the article. Imperfections and irreconcilable positions of the methodology of law science are depicted. The attention is paid to the necessity of convictions and law polycentrism severance as the fundamental principles while studying law. Raised interest in the issues of law polycentrism is related both to globalization and to integration into the Europe. The importance of consideration of law as an element of a particular culture and not only as a social regulator is considered. Key words: methodology, scientific cognition, law, law polycentrism, principle of cognition, convictions. |
