Діагностика та результати активної санації ендобронхіальних порушень у хворих на деструктивний туберкульоз легень

Abstract

Вивчено клініко-рентгенологічні, бактеріологічні та бронхологічні особливості перебігу процесів у 210 хворих на деструктивний туберкульоз легень з ураженням бронхів. Запропонована методика та підходи до санації бронхіальної патології. Ключові слова: туберкульоз легень, ураження бронхів, лікування

It was proved by complex clinical-roentgenological-bacteriological and bronchiological examination of 210 patients with destructive TB of lungs with the affection of bronchi. The active sanation methods are to be applied first of all in case of destructive forms of the first revealed TB of lungs and its reactivation with the infiltration and accompaning endobronchitis, stable excretion of bacteries, under the preparation of patients to radical parathion of patients to radical treatment and impossibility to take special medicine in usual way.
