Перебудова сітківки при впливі на організм важких металів як забруднювачів довкілля

Abstract

Огляд присвячений впливу важких металів як забруднювачів довкілля на орган зору і, зокрема, сітківку. В огляді літератури представлені дані про дію солей важких металів на будову пігментного епітелію і нервові клітини сітківки та порушення взаємозв’язків між судинно-капілярною пластинкою і нервовою оболонкою ока. Обговорюються дані стосовно механізмів розвитку дегенерації сітківки за впливу важких металів. Акцентується увага на ролі оксидативного стресу в процесах пошкодження сітківки. Висловлюється думка дослідників про значення апоптозу фоторецепторних і нервових клітин під впливом важких металів. Ключові слова: сітківка, важкі метали, морфологія, оксидативний стрес

The review is devoted to the influence of heavy metals, as enviromental factor, on the organ of vision, in particular retina. In review was presented the results of action of the heavy metals on the structure of the retinal pigment epithelium and neurocytes and disturbance between choriocapillary layer and retina. It was disscussed the results about mechanisms of the development macular degeneration under the influence of the heavy metals. It was demonstrated the role of the oxidative stress in the processes of the damage of the retina. There was idea about significance of the apoptosis of the photoreceptors and neurocytes in retinа under the influence of heavy metals. Key words: retina, heavy metals, morphology, oxidative stress
