| Abstract: | В статті проаналізовано вплив різних факторів на ефективність клопідогрелю. Зроблено висновок про
доцільність лабораторного контролю агрегації тромбоцитів під час лікування.
Ключові слова: клопідогрель, біотрансформація, активний метаболіт, цитохром, агрегація тромбоцитів. The results of the analysis of the factors which influence on the clopidogrel efficacy are given in this article. Conclusion about appropriateness of the laboratory control of the platelet aggregation was given. Key words: clopidogrel, biotransformation, active metabolite, cytochrome, platelet aggregation. |
