| Abstract: | Проведене порівняльне вивчення діагностичних методів у 960 пацієнтів із синдромом жовтяниці. Підкреслено важливість визначення рівня білірубіну у пацієнтів навіть без зовнішніх проявів жовтяничного синдро-му. Переваги та високу діагностичну цінність у визначенні походження синдрому жовтяниці підкреслено для неінвазивного методу ультрасонографії.
Ключові слова: синдром жовтяниці, діагностика, ультрасонографія A comparative study of diagnostics methods in 960 patients with icterus syndrome was carried out. The significance of the definition of bilirubin level in blood in patients with icterus is confirmed, as well as in patients without its external manifesta-tions.
