Abstract

У процесі організації кредитних відносин кредитні спілки враховують інтереси спілки, її пайовиків, по- зичальників і загальнодержавні інтереси. Автором статті кредитні спілки розглядаються як важлива інфраструктурна складовою фінансового ринку. Такі установи створюються групою людей не заради прибутку, а заради надання послуг своїм членам. Головною передумовою ефективного функціонування є виконання основних показників діяльності кре- дитних спілок. Це зумовлює вивчення світового досвіду використання методик оцінки їх фінансового стану та управ- ління капіталом. Credit unions defend the interests of the Union, its shareholders, lenders and national interests in the credit relations process. Credit unions are regarded as an important part of financial market infrastructure by the article author. Such institutions created by a group of people, not for profit, but for the provision of services to its members. The main prerequisite for the effective functioning is the fulfillment of key performance indicators of credit unions. This makes studying world experience with methodologies to assess their financial condition and capital management.
