Цитологічні особливості остеобластів, культивованих у присутності біоматеріалів з різною поверхнею

Abstract

В роботі наведені порівняльні результати дії зразків титану та цирконію з фазово-структурними змінами їх поверхні імпульсним Nd-YAG лазером на цитологічні особливості культивованих остеобластів. За досліджуваними показниками (оцінка проліферації та адгезії клітин до поверхні зразків, цитологічний та ультраструктурний стан клітин, відсутність патологічних мітозів) всі досліджувані зразки є біосумісними. Кращі показники характерні для цирконію і титану з модифікованою поверхнею. Ключові слова. Остеобласт, біосумісність, імплантологія.

The investigation presents the comparative results of the influence of the samples of titan and zirconium with the phase – structural change of their surface by the impulse Nd – YAG laser on the cytological peculiarities of the cultivated osteoblasts. According to the investigated indices (the estimation of the proliferation and the adhesion of the cells to the surface of the samples, the cytological and ultra- structural state of the cells, the absence of pathological mitosis) all the samples under investigation are bio – compatible. Better results are characteristic for the zirconium and titan with the modified surface. Key – words: osteoblast, bio-compatibility, implantology.
