Модификация поверхности титановых имплантатов

Abstract

Свойства титановых имплантатов в значительной мере обеспечиваются как макро – и микроструктурой поверхности в целом, так и химическим составом и структурой переходных слоев, в первую очередь оксидов титана и покрытий из биоактивных материалов. В работе приведены результаты исследований процессов формирования поверхности чистого Ті при импульсно-лазерной и плазмово-дуговой обработке, при которой могут образовываться микроструктуры из изменением или сохранением фазы Ті, а также покрытия с гидроксила- патита и трикальцийфосфата, которые накладываются на эти структуры с формированием сложных переходных слоев.

The properties of the titanium implants are secured to the great extent by macro- and microstructure of the surface as a whole, and by the chemical composition and the structure of the intermediate layers, firstly the titanium oxides and coatings from bioactive materials. In the paper we present the results of the investigational processes of the formation of the surface of the clean Ti in the course of the impulse-laser and plasma- arc treatment, when the microstructures with the change or reservation of the Ti phase may form, and also the coatings with hydroxyapatite and tricalciumphosfates, that overlay on these structures with forming the complex intermediate oxide layers.
