Розвиток обумовленостей взаємодії з міжнародними фінансовими інститутами та інституціональні зміни

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз обумовленості співпраці з міжнародними фінансовими інститутами (МФІ), охарактеризовано групи вимог, у тому числі інституціональних, які висуваються МФІ до країн-реципієнтів, та їх еволюцію. Обґрунтовано необхідність урахування досвіду співпраці країн, що розвиваються, з МФІ під час упровадження відповідних програм в Україні. Ключові слова: інститути, «Вашингтонський консенсус», міжнародні фінансові інститути, умови співпраці з МФІ, інституціональні реформи.

In this work there has been analyzed the conditionality of cooperation with international financial institutions (IFIs), the group of IFIs requirements, particularly institutional requirements to recipient countries, and their evolution. The article also justifies the need to take into account the experience of IFIs cooperation with developing countries in the implementation of relevant programs in Ukraine. Key words: Institutions, "Washington Consensus", the international financial institutions, the conditions of cooperation with IFIs, institutional reforms.
