| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено розгляду особливостей касаційної інстанції в усіх галузях процесуального права. Визна- чено, що зміст основних понять, порядок подання і порядок розгляду касаційної скарги є однотипними в різних галузях процесуального права. Доведено можливість уніфікації касаційної інстанції в єдиному Судовому процесу- альному кодексі. | Description: | The article is devoted to consideration of characteristic features of cassation instance in all branches of procedural law. Thе author arrives at the conclusion that the content of basic concepts, the procedure of referring to the court of cassation and cassation consideration are similar in all branches of procedural law. The article proves the possibility of unification of cassation instance in the Integrated Court Procedural Code.
