Abstract

The article is devoted to the analyzes of Swizz experience in formation of innovative educational environment in institutions of higher education, to the characteristics of the process technology at the base of the Swiss Federal Virtual University program of computerbased learning environment formation, to the estimation of Swiss educational policy priorities in strengthening the correlation of education, research and innovation as the basis for improving innovative educational environment of an institution of higher education, to define the terms and ideas that can be implemented during the reformation and modernization of higher education in Ukraine in the terms of information and communication spheres development.
