Форми введення та організації бухгалтерського обліку в умовах використання інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій: точки взаємодії

Abstract

У роботі розкрито основні тенденції розвитку інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій. Визначено переваги впровадження хмарних технологій, серед яких основними є зменшення витрат на придбання серверного обладнання, апаратних і програмних рішень, створення умов для доступу з будь-якого місця за наявності мережі Інтернет. Охарактеризовано найбільш поширені програмні продукти для ведення бухгалтерського обліку, що працюють на основі хмарних технологій. Досліджені позиції науковців щодо доцільності визначення нових форм ведення та організації обліку, поява яких обумовлена розвитком інформаційних технологій. Розкрито особливості вибору того чи іншого варіанту форм ведення та організації обліку в умовах використання інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій. This paper exposes main tendencies in development of computer information technologies. It is determined advantages introductions of cloudy technologies, among that basic are reductions of charges on acquisition of server equipment, vehicle and programmatic decisions, conditioning for access from any place at presence of network the Internet. In this paper characterizes the most widespread programme production for the conduction of record-keeping that work on the basis of cloudy technologies. Investigational positions of scientists in relation to expediency of determination of new forms conduction and account organizations, appearance of that are conditioned by development of information technologies. It examines the features of choice of that or other forms variant and organization of account in the conditions of the use of computer information technologies.
