| Abstract: | It was proved in experiment, that there are no changes in mineral metabolism in bone tissue in implantation conditions of titan implants with gradient bioactive ceramic coating. Monitoring of biochemichal indices in serum during 3 months indicates that implantation of titan implants with bioactive coating cause neither disturbances in metabolism of experimental animals nor toxic effect on the organism of rabbits.
