Деонтологічні норми у професійній діяльності юриста

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню проблеми співвідношення норм моралі та правових норм у професійній діяльності юриста. Це питання намагалися вирішити відомі філософи, психологи, юристи. Але це питання залишається актуальним і на сьогоднішній день. У статті на прикладах присяги та обітниці проілюстровано різницю між нормами моралі, що нормативно не закріплені та нормами моралі, що знайшли своє закріплення у нормативних актах. The article is dedicated to covering issues such as the correlation between morality and law in the legal profession. This question was attempted to solve by many famous philosophers, psychologists and lawyers. But this question is still relevant today. In this paper the examples of the oath and vow illustrates the difference between the norms of morality, that are not fixed and by normative moral standards, as set out in the regulations binding.
