Місце апарату президента України у державному механізмі

Abstract

Виконано аналіз теоретичних положень і конституційно-правового регулювання з приводу місця й статусу апарату Президента України у державному механізмі, встановлено його специфіку і теоретико-правові засади, а також визначено напрямки вдосконалення конституційно-правового статусу Адміністрації Президента України. Ключові слова: статус і місце, апарат Президент України, державний механізм.

The analysis of the theoretical principles and the constitutional-legal regulations regarding the place and status of the apparatus of President of Ukraine in the state mechanism is made; also it was established its specificity and theoretical-legal principles, as well as determined directions of improvement constitutional-legal status of the Administration of the President of Ukraine.
