Принцип рівності усіх перед законом як основа існування правової держави

Abstract

У статті запропоновано історико-правовий аналіз теоретичних та нормативних підходів до розуміння сутності принципу рівності усіх перед законом як основи існування правової держави, становлення ідеї про неприпустимість дискримінації. Визначено місце та особливості цього принципу в системі принципів права. Охарактеризована еволюція формування ідеї рівності всіх перед законом. The paper considers the historical and legal analysis of the theoretical and normative approaches to the understanding of the principle of equality before the law as the basis of the existence of the of jural state, the establishment of the idea of non-discrimination.
