Політичний режим та суверенітет держави, нації та народу: основні аспекти взаємозв’язку

Abstract

Стаття присвячена з’ясуванню ролі та значення політичного режиму у забезпеченні суверенітету держави, нації, народу через висвітлення основних аспектів їх взаємозв’язку та взаємообумовленості. У статті надаються визначення поняття «суверенітету» держави, нації, народу та розглядаються їх характеристики; проаналізовано співвідношення державного, національного, народного суверенітету, визначено їх взаємозв’язок та взаємообумовленість. Ключові слова: політичний режим, суверенітет, суверенітет держави, нації, народу, взаємозв’язок, взаємообумовленість.

The article is devoted to identification of the role and importance of the political regime in ensuring the sovereignty of the state, nation and people covering key aspects of their interrelation and interdependence. In the article author provides definition of «sovereignty» of the state, nation and people, and studies their features; analyzes correlation between the sovereignty of the state, national sovereignty and popular sovereignty, defined their interrelation and interdependence.
