| Abstract: | Мета – дослідити динаміку та особливості захворюваності на керовані дитячі інфекції. Матеріали та методи. Показники статистичних звітних форм № 1 та № 2 по інфекційній захворюваності, № 70 по профілактичних щепленнях, 115 історій хвороб пацієнтів обласної клінічної інфекційної лікарні з керованими дитячими інфекціям за 2010–2015 рр. Результати. Встановлено зростання рівня захворюваності на керовані дитячі інфекції. Серед хворих 80% становили діти. На кір хворіли переважно діти дошкільного та шкільного віку, на краснуху – підлітки, на кашлюк – діти грудного віку. У 77% дітей, які потребували стаціонарного лікування, відмічався середній ступіть тяжкості перебігу захворювання, у 22% – важкий. Найчастіше серед ускладнень реєструвалися гострий обструктивний бронхіт, простий бронхіт, двобічна пневмонія. Більше ніж удвічі від запланованого знизилося охоплення населення вакцинацією проти дитячих інфекцій. Висновки. На території Закарпатської області протягом 2010–2015 рр. відмічалося зростання захворюваності на керовані інфекції. На сьогодні показники захворюваності з них зменшилися, за винятком кашлюка та поліомієліту. Недостатнє охоплення населення вакцинацією є вагомим чинником зростання захворюваності на керовані інфекції. Ключові слова: керовані дитячі інфекції, вакцинація, ускладнення. |
| Description: | Studying the dynamics of vaccine-preventable childhood infectionsin the Transcarpathian region D.V. Kutsina, E.I. Rubtsova SU ―Uzhhorod National University‖, Uzhhorod, Ukraine Purpose – to investigate the dynamics and features of the incidence of managed childhood infections in the Transcarpathian region. Materials and methods. Indicators of Form No. 1 ―Report on selected infectious and parasitic diseases‖, data reporting and registration form No. 2 (annual report on infectious diseases), form No. 70 ―Report on preventive vaccinations‖ in the Transcarpathian region, 115 histories of diseases of patients Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital with administered childhood infections for 2010–2015. Results. An increase in the incidence of vaccine-preventable childhood infections has been established. 80% of the patients were children. Measles was mostly sick children of preschool and school age, rubella – adolescents, and whooping cough – infants. In 77% of children in need of inpatient treatment, there was an mild severity of the course of disease, in 22% – severe. Most often among the complications were registered: acute obstructive bronchitis, simple bronchitis and bilateral pneumonia. The coverage of the population by vaccination against childhood infections was reduced more than 2 times of the planned. Conclusions. There was a growing process of the incidence of controlled childhood infectious diseases on the territory of the Transcarpathian region during 2010–2015. At the time of the study, incidence rates of the majority of them decreased, excluding peruses and poliomyelitis. Insufficient coverage of the population with vaccination is one of the main factors in the increase in the incidence of controlled childhood infections.
