| Abstract: | Проаналізовано результати лікування 167 хворих на рак проксимальних відділі шлунка за період з 1990 по 2008 рік. Всім обстеженим виконано радикальні операції. Оптимальним доступом при раку нижньогрудного відділу стравоходу й проксимальних відділів шлунка є косий абдоміноторакальний доступ. У структурі піс- ляопераційних ускладнень переважають серцево-судинні й легеневі ускладнення. Дотримання умов надій- ного кровопостачання кукси шлунка, її достатня мобілізація та відсутність натягу органів, що зшивають, мінімальна кількість швів при формуванні анастомозу дозволило знизити частоту неспроможності страво- хідно-шлункового анастомозу з 15,3 до 3,2 %. |
| Description: | Results of treatment of 167 patients with cancer of the proximal part of the stomach for the period from 1990 to 2008 was analizated. All patients performed radical surgery. Optimal of the lower thoracic esophagus and proximal stomach cancer is oblique abdominthoracal aproach. The structure of postoperative complications predominate cardiovascular and pulmonary complications. Compliance with good blood supply to the stump of the stomach, it is adequate mobilization, absence of tension crosslinkable tissues, minimum number of seams in the formation of anastomosis reduced the frequency of failure esophago-gastric anastomosis from 15,3 to 3,2 %.
