Спектрофотометричне визначення перйодатів з використанням редокс-реакції з йодид-йонами. Способи ідентифікації аналітичного сигналу

Abstract

Метою даної роботи є спектрофотометричне вивчення умов взаємодії перйодат-йонів з йодид-йонами з наступною інтенсифікацією аналітичного сигналу використанням крохмалю або основного барвника діамантового зеленого (ДЗ).

We used red-ox reaction for spectrophotometric determination periodate-ions. It had chosen two approaches for intensification the analytical signal: adding starch solution and adding alkali dye brilliant green in the system. It was studied the different factor’s influence at the spectrophotometric determination periodate-ions processes and had found optimal conditions. It was reached high selective and sensitive determination periodate-ions due to selection conditions passing the red-ox reaction and intensification the analytical signal. It was determined chemical and analytical characteristics proposed analytical forms including using microcuvettes. We found new methods of spectrophotometric determination periodate-ions in artificial mixture which have satisfactory metrological characteristics.
