Кристалічна структура сполуки Ho₃Ni₀.₅SiS₇

Abstract

Рентгенівським методом порошку вперше вивчено кристалічну структуру нової тетрарної сполуки Ho₃Ni₀.₅SiS₇. Тетрарна сполука кристалізується у гексагональній сингонії (ПГ P6₃ ) з параметрами елементарної комірки а = 0,97293(1) нм та с = 0,56740(1) нм.

The Ho₃Ni₀.₅SiS₇ compound crystallize with La₃Mn₀.₅SiS₇ structure type (space group P6₃, a = 0,97293(1) nm, c = 0,56740(1) nm). The Ho atoms occupy trigonal prisms capped with two additional atoms, the Ni atoms are located inside octahedra, the Si atoms are located in tetrahedra. The Ho₃Ni₀.₅SiS₇ compound is a new member of the series of the R₃M₀.₅ZX₇ compounds, where R – lanthanide element; M – di-valent element (for example, Mg or Ni), Z – Si, Ge, Sn and X – S, Se.
