| Abstract: | У даній роботі запропоновано та
синтезовано новий хемосенсор (ХС) для
визначення Hg²⁺+. A new сhemosensor (ChS) for Hg (II) determination was proposed and synthesized. The optimal conditions of Hg (II) and ChS interaction were established. The maximum of analytical signal observed at pH 4 and (1,0-2,5)´10-5 mol/L ChS. Revealed that the introduction in the reaction medium to 10-12% acetonitrile improves good spectral reproducibility and metrological characteristics. It is shown that the analytical signal Hg (II) do not affect a significant number of Co (II), Mg (II), Mn (II), Ni (II), Ca (II), Ba (II), Cs (I), Na (I), Li (I) and other ions. Under optimal conditions interaction built test scale and calibration graph line to 3 μg/ml Hg (II). |
