Спектрофотометричне взначення додецилбензосульфонату натрію з використанням астрафлоксину FF

Abstract

Метою даної роботи є пошук оптимальних умов утворення та екстракції іонного асоціату (ІА) додецилбензосульфонату натрію (ДДБСо) із основним барвником астрафлоксином FF (AФ), що володіє високою інтенсивністю забарвлення у широких межах кислотності середовища. На основі отриманих результатів розробити нову чутливу та надійну спектрофотометричну методику для визначення додецилбензосульфонату натрію.

The possibility of spectrophotometric determination of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate has been investigated. The method is based on the reaction of dodecylbenzenesulfonate with Astra Phloxine FF reagent at pH 3–10, followed by of the formed ion associate into an organic phase containing a toluene and detection at 560 nm. Kinetic factors have studied. Metrological characteristics of calibration curve such as linear calibration curve, a correlation coefficient and the limit of detection, has been calculated. A novel and simple procedure for determination of anionic surfactants has been developed. The method was applied to the determination of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate in disinfectants.
