Екстракційно-фотометричне визначення Галію

Abstract

Запропоновано новий мероціаніновий барвник – ТМІ-С для екстракційно-фотометричного визначення Галію. Знайдено оптимальні умови комплексоутворення, досліджено вплив природи органічного розчинника на екстракцію іонного асоціату Галію(ІІІ), знято електронні спектри світло- поглинання і обчислені основні спектрофото- метричні характеристики утвореного іонного асоціату. Розроблено та апробовано методику

It is spoken in detail about the complexation in the system Ga (III) - chloride ion – alkali dye TMI-C bromide. It was studied the influence of different factors on the formation of the complex: the acidity of the solution, the concentration of the ligand and the dye, the nature of the solvent. The optimum value of the analytical signal is achieved by using 0.5 - 0.6 mol / dm³ H₂SO₄. It was explored spectrophotometric characteristics of ion associate of Ga(ІІІ). The ions of Mn²⁺, Fe²⁺, Fe³⁺, Pt²⁺, Cu²⁺, Zn²⁺, Bi³⁺, NO₃ - do not interfere to determination of gallium (III). It was elaborated a new method of determining of Ga (ІІІ) in semiconductor materials.
