Т. Г. Масарик і Підкарпатська Русь : питання приєднання, автономії і початків культурного розвою

Abstract

Известно, что политика Т.Г.Масарика относительно Закарпатья была не совсем определенной. С одной стороны немало сделано в развитии образования и культуры, строительства школ и медицинских учреждений, с другой - не совсем осуществлялось так, как это было записано в конституции государства и договорах. А сама автономия Подкарпатской Руси была получена только в 1938 году в сложной международной обстановке в Европе. Навсегда были потеряны исторические территории края. В целом же по сравнению с вхождением Закарпатья в предыдущие государства в чехословацкий период прогресс был налицо.

It is well known that the policy of Masarik concerning Transcarpatina was not enough definite. On the hand a lot of things were done for the development of education and culture, building of schools and medical establishments. On the other hand not everything was completed according to the constitution and treaties of the state. And the autonomy of Podkarpatskaya Rus itself was gained only in 1938 in the frames of the complicated international position in Europe. The historical territory of the region were lost forever. But on the whole in the period of joining of the Transcarpatina in Czech period was definitely more effective and progressive as compared with that made with previous states.
