Становлення українсько-угорських відносин на початку 90-х років ХХ століття

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме, связанной со становлением украинско-венгерских отношений после развала Советского Союза. Обращается внимание на то, что Венгрия была одной с первых стран, с которой Украина подписала Договор о добрососедстве и сотрудничестве. Автор вкратце характеризирует основные правовые документы, подписанные в начале 90-годов, которые стали основой для дружественных взаимоотношений между двумья странами. Рассматриваются причины, почему именно между Украиной и Венгрией возникла необходимость наладить хорошие политические, экономические, культурные связи и то, какие трудности возникли на этом пути.

The article is devoted to the problems, connected with the establishment of the Ukrainian-Hungarian relations after the breakdown of the Soviet Union. The attention is paid to the fact, that Hungary was one of the first countries with which Ukraine signed the Agreement about the principles of neighbourship and collaboration. The author in short characterizes the main legal documents signed at the beginning of the 90-s. These documents became the basis for the friendly relations between these two countries. In the article we can see the reasons for the appearance of the political, economic, cultural relations between Ukraine and Hungary, and all the difficulties on this way.
