Проблема розвитку професійної компетентності майбутнього керівника навчального закладу в наукових підходах

Abstract

У статті досліджено проблему розвитку професійної компетентності майбутнього керівника навчального закладу в наукових підходах; проведено аналіз понять керівник навчального закладу, компетентність, професійна компетентність та ін.; запропоновано визначення поняття «професійна компетентність майбутнього керівника навчального закладу»; розглянуто наукові розробки вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених професійної компетентності керівника навчального закладу у сучасній системі освіти; проаналізовано зміст окремих моделей управлінської компетентності керівника навчального закладу. Ключові слова: педагог, керівник навчального закладу, компетентність, професійна компетентність, сучасна система освіти.

In terms of expanding the functions of educational systems in particular the humanization of education, vocational and personal development of the staff at educational establishments, the highly qualified teachers are needed. In the article the problem of professional competence of the future head of the institution in scientific approaches has been research; the concepts of school managers, their competence, professional competence, etc. has been eanalysed; the definition of «professional competence of a head of institution» has been proposed; scientific development of domestic and foreign scientists has been reviewed to assess the professional competence of a head of institution in the modern education system; the contents of some models of management, the competence of a head of institution have been analyzes; we have found found that the professional competence of a manager is a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, experience, personal qualities, dialectical course which provides the efficiency and effectiveness of educational activities.
