Автором розкривається взаємозв’язок різних явищ, через які в науці визначають договір, а також встановлюються особливості до-
говору як юридичного факту.
Ключові слова: договір, юридичний факт, зобов’язання. The article is devoted finding out of legal nature of agreement. The concept of agreement is determined through the category of legal fact. The author shows interdependence of the different phenomena which scientists use while determining an agreement, and also determines the features of agreement as a legal fact.
