Спадковий договір – інститут, що регулює перехід права власності після смерті особи

Abstract

У статті проаналізована сутність спадкового договору, як один з основних правочинів, що регулює відносини між відчужувачем та набувачем за умови переходу права власності на майно після смерті відчужувача. Ключові слова: спадковий договір, власність, правовстановлюючий документ.

In the article the analysed essence of the inherited agreement, as one of principal contracts, that regulates relations between an alienor and person, that the right of ownership acquires on condition of passing of right of ownership to property after death an alienor. Key words: inherited agreement, property, document which confirms the right of ownership.
