Розвиток арбітражно-судової системи в Україні на прикладі господарського суду Закарпатської області

Abstract

У статті досліджено організаційні засади становлення і розвитку господарських судів в Україні та, зокрема, господарського суду Закарпатської області. Проаналізовано основні етапи розвитку органів господарської юрисдикції, досліджено правову природу органів держарбітражу. Визначено соціально-економічні й правові передумови перетворення органів держарбітражу в господарські суди. Ключові слова: господарський суд, господарський суд Закарпатської області, державний арбітраж, арбітражний суд, судова система.

The article investigates the organizing basis for formation and development of commercial courts in Ukraine and the commercial court of Transcarpathian region in particular. There have been analyzed the main stages of the development of the commercial jurisdiction bodies and the legal nature of state arbitration bodies has been under study. Social economic and legal prerequisites for transforming state arbitration bodies into commercial courts have been defined.
