Щодо питання гендерної політики правового регулювання праці жінок в Україні

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз наукових поглядів щодо гендерної політики правового регулювання праці жінок в Україні. За резуль- татами вивчення та системного аналізу виявлені основні проблеми положення жінок на ринку праці та можливі шляхи досягнення гендерної рівності. Ключові слова: гендерна рівність, ринок праці, посада, дискримінація.

In this article there is the analysis of scientific views of the gender politics in law regulation of women labour in Ukraine. According to the results of the study and the system analysis indentified the major problems of the women status on the labour vacancies and the possible way of solving the gender equality. Key words: the gender equality, the labour vacancies, duties, iscrimination.
