Щодо контролю дотримання спеціального правового режиму екологічного підприємництва

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні аспекти контролю дотримання спеціального правового режиму екологічного підприємництва, серед яких мета, об’єкти, суб’єкти такого контролю та його визначення. З урахуванням загальних засад щодо контролю у сфері господарю- вання та екологічного контролю обґрунтовано відповідні пропозиції стосовно контролю дотримання правового режиму екологічного підприємництва та форма їх реалізації. The article is devoted to the main aspects of the control of observance of the special legal conditions of the environmental entrepreneurship, among which goal, objects, subjects of such control and its definition. Taking into account general regulations about the control in the sphere of management and environmental control the proper proposals concerning the control of observance of the legal conditions of the environmental entrepreneurship and forms of their realization were grounded.
