Істотні умови договору оренди природних ресурсів

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню та аналізу істотних умов договору оренди природних ресурсів як основи змісту договору, яка дозволяє констатувати наявність чи відсутність угоди як такої. Проаналізовано підходи різних вчених щодо визначення істотних умов договору загалом. Автор акцентує увагу на істотних умовах договору оренди природних ресурсів у силу особливого характеру предмета останніх. Article is devoted to the analysis of the essential terms of the natural resources lease contract as the basis of the content of the contract, which allows to talk about the presence or absence of an agreement as such. The approaches of various scientists to the problem of determination of the essential terms of the contract as a whole are analyzed. The author focuses on the essential terms of the natural resources lease contracts due to the special nature of the objects of the latter.
