Бюджетне фінансування галузі охорони здоров’я у системі забезпечення права людини на здоров’я

Abstract

У статті розглянуто бюджетне фінансування галузі охорони здоров’я як елемент системи забезпечення права людини на здоров’я. Виявлено, що бюджетне фінансування галузі виступає основним джерелом фінансів галузі охорони здоров’я. А також встановлено, що у ситуації, котра склалась на сьогодні у галузі охорони здоров’я доцільно приділяти більшої уваги додатковим джерелам фінансування. In the article the budgetary financing of industry of health protection as element of the system of providing of human right is considered on a health. It is discovered that the budgetary financing of industry comes forward the basic source of finances of industry of health protection. And also it is set that in a situation which was folded for today in industry of health protection it is expedient to spare greater attention additional sourcing.
