Агрострахування України

Abstract

Агрострахування розвивалося в усьому світі як головний інструмент управління ризиками з метою зменшення негативного впливу погоди та природних ризиків. Коло ризиків, що загрожують стабільності та безперервності сільськогосподарського виробництва, за прогнозами фахівців, з часом не зменшиться. З врахуванням лише циклічного характеру, можна очікувати, що в наступні роки руйнівні наслідки сил природи тільки зростатимуть. У зв’язку з цим не виключено, що страховики, здійснивши перегляд страхових ризиків, можуть відмовитися від покриття деяких з них, особливо у сфері сільського господарства. У статті проаналізовано проблеми аграрного страхування в Україні, як одного з найбільш ризикових та складних видів, та виявлено перспективи його розвитку.

Agricultural insurance developed in the whole world as a main instrument of management risks with the aim of reduction of negative influence of weather and natural risks. Circle of risks, that threaten to stability and continuity of agricultural production, on the prognoses of specialists will not diminish in course of time. Having regard to only cyclic character, it is possible to expect that in next years the destructive consequences of forces of nature will grow only. It is not eliminated in this connection, that insurers, carrying out the revision of insurance risks, can give up coverage some from them, especially in the field of agriculture. An exposure and analysis of problems of agrarian insurance are in Ukraine, as one of the most risk and difficult kinds, and exposure of prospects of his development.
