Проблеми та перспективи покращення стану транскордонних зв’язків України з сусідніми державами- членами ЄС

Abstract

В статті проаналізовано питання транскордонного співробітництва в контексті політики регіонального розвитку прикордонних регіонів України. Дана оцінка транскордонної співпраці Закарпатської області з країнами-членами ЄС. Досліджено проблеми ефективної організації транскордонної співпраці України із прикордонними партнерами і сформульовано ключові напрямки та стратегічні завдання транскордонного співробітництва України. Відображено бачення перспектив та можливостей покращення стану транскордонних зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків України за умов розширення ЄС на схід. Ключові слова: транскордонне співробітництво, євроінтеграція, Європейська Політика Сусідства, місцеве самоврядування.

In the offered article, the cross-border cooperation is analyzed under the context of regional development police of Ukrainian cross-border regions. In the offered article the issues of cross-border cooperation is analyzed in the context of regional development policy of cross-border regions of Ukraine. The appraisal of cross-border cooperation of the Transcarpathian region with EU Member States is given. The problems on an effective organization of cooperation of Ukraine with cross-border regions are explored, the key directions and the strategic tasks of cross-border cooperation of Ukraine are formulated. The vision of prospects and the opportunities for improvement of cross-border external economic relations of Ukraine within the enlargement of the EU to the East are displayed.
