Ресурси підприємств як складова сукупного фінансового потенціалу країни

Abstract

В статті розглянуто актуальні питання значення фінансового потенціалу підприємств у складі сукупного фінансового потенціалу країни. Проаналізовано різні підходи до фінансового потенціалу підприємств: як сукупності наявних фінансових ресурсів, як здатності досягти визначеного ефекту, як результату фінансово-економічних відносин між суб’єктами господарської діяльності. Запропоновано індикатори фінансового потенціалу як показники фінансових ресурсів, фінансових потоків, фінансових умов та можливостей підприємств з подальшою їх деталізацією у складі сукупного фінансового потенціалу країни. Такі індикатори включають, враховують та узгоджують різні підходи, рівні управління, ієрархію цілей макро- та мікрорівнів. The article highlights the topical issues of the importance of the financial potential of enterprise as a component of the combined financial potential of the country. A number of different approaches to the financial potential of enterprise have been analyzed: it has been studied as a range of available financial resources, as abilities to achieve a certain effect, and as a result of economic and financial relations between economic players. The financial potential indicators have been suggested as indicators of financial resources, financial flows, and financial condition and capability of enterprise with their further detail elaboration as components of the combined financial potential of the country. These indicators include, coordinate and harmonize different approaches, levels of management, and hierarchy of goals on macro and micro levels.
