| Abstract: | В статті розглядаються питання щодо розвитку аутсорснгу в банківській сфері, аналізуються його
проблемні аспекти. Зосереджено увагу на можливостях та ризиках застосування аутсорсингу у
підвищенні ефективності бізнесу. Обґрунтовано необхідность впровадження та використання
аутсорсингу як ефективного інструменту управління в діяльності банку.
Ключові слова: банківська установа, аутсорсинг. The article examines questions in relation to the tendencies of the outsourcing development in a bank sphere, analyzes problem aspects of this. The attention is concentrated on the main possibilities and risks of application of outsourcing in the increase of efficiency of business. Also this article examines the necessity of outsourcing introduction and its use as effective instrument of management bank activity. Keywords: commercial banks, outsourcing. |
