Шляхи вдосконалення законодавчого забезпечення реалізації правоохоронної функції держави

Abstract

У статті показано, що саме на законодавчому рівні визначаються суб’єкти реалізації правоохоронної функції держави, закріплюються форми та методи їх діяльності тощо. Підкреслено, що ефективність реалізації правоохоронної функції держави може забезпечити оновлена за своїм змістом система законодавства України. Окреслено перспективні напрями посилення ролі законодавчого забезпечення в адміністративно-правовому механізмі реалізації правоохоронної функції держави. Ключові слова: законодавство, правоохоронна функція держави, реалізація, суб’єкти, адміністративно-правовий механізм.

It is shown that at the legislative level determined by the implementation of the law enforcement agents of the state functions, fixed forms and methods of their activities, etc. It was stressed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the law enforcement functions of the state can provide an update in its content system legislation of Ukraine. Hover promising areas to strengthen the role of legislative support in the administrative and legal mechanism for the implementation of the law enforcement functions of the state.
