Abstract: Стаття присвячена дослідженню поняття та виявлення особливостей адміністративно-деліктних валютних правовідносин. У ній автор враховуючи з концепції адміністративно-деліктних відносин яка будується на системі уявлень про подвійну природу юридичної відповідальності як обов’язку, з одного боку, і покарання – з іншого, приходить до висновку про те, що адміністративно-деліктні валютні правовідносини є видом адміністративно-деліктних відносин, тому для них характерними є всі ознаки та особливості останніх. Разом з цим автор звертає увагу на те, що характерною особливістю адміністративно-деліктних валютних правовідносин є те, що вони виникають у сфері обігу валюти та валютних цінностей і пов’язані з порушенням встановленого чинним законодавством порядку їх обігу. Вони носять шкідливий характер. Суб’єктами цих відносин є особи, які у процесі свого функціонування використовують валюту чи валютні цінності для задоволення власного інтересу. Проведене дослідження дало можливість автору адміністративно-деліктні валютні правовідносини визначити як урегульовані нормами права суспільні відносини, що виникають в процесі обігу валюти та валютних цінностей та пов’язані з порушенням встановленого порядку їх обігу. The notion and peculiar features of administrative and delictual currency relations at law are investigated in the article. The author takes into consideration the concept of administrative and delictual relations based on the representation system concerning the dual nature of legal responsibility that consists of duty, on the one hand, and punishment, on the other hand. The conclusion is made that administrative and delictual currency relations at law are a kind of administrative and delictual relations and for that reason all features and peculiarities of the latter are typical for them. At the same time the author pays attention to the fact that administrative and delictual currency relations at law are characterized by their emerging in the sphere of circulation of currency and currency valuables. That is why these relations are connected with the violation of the procedure of currency circulation established by the law currently in effect. They are of harmful character. Parties to these relations are persons that use currency or currency valuables in the process of their functioning with view of satisfying their own needs. The conducted research allows the author to define administrative and delictual currency relations at law as social relationships regulated by legal norms. They appear in the process of circulation of currency and its valuables and are connected with the established order of their circulation being violated.
