Засоби навчання іноземних мов у початковій школі

Abstract

Статтю присвячено аналізу засобів навчання іноземних мов для початкової школи, які використовуються в загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах України, і питанню створення нових навчально-методичних комплексів на засадах компетентнісно орієнтованого навчання. Автор розкриває поняття «засоби навчання»; уточнює види засобів навчання для вчителя і для учня; порушує питання використання в навчальному процесі аудіовізуальних і технічних засобів навчання; доводить об’єктивну необхідність реалізації компетентнісно орієнтованого підходу в змісті навчальної літератури для початкової школи, який відповідав би вимогам, що склалися в іншомовній освіті Україні останнім часом. Ключові слова: початкова школа, іноземна мова, компетентнісно орієнтований підхід, засоби навчання, навчально-методичний комплекс.

The article is devoted to the analysis of teaching foreign languages means in primary school, which are used in secondary schools of Ukraine, and to the problems of constructing new educational-methodical complex on the basis of competence- based learning. The article reveals the concept of “teaching means”; the types of teaching means for teachers and students are specified; the questions of using audio-visual and technical teaching aids in educational process are raising; the objective necessity for realization of competence-oriented approach in the content of textbooks for primary schools, which would meet the requirements that have been established in foreign language education in Ukraine for the last time, is proved. The author substantiates the status, initial position and the appointment of the learning-methodical complex, its composition, structure, connection between its components, functions of each componentSpecial attention is paid to the requirements of the learning-methodical complex. The author notes that quite often in the educational process of the primary school the teachers use a variety of training materials additionally to the textbook as the main means of teaching. Therefore, there is an objective need in depth study of these training materials and their classification.
