Медичні симулятори як складова інноваційної освіти

Abstract

В статті розглядаються симуляційні технології та їх роль в інноваційному освітньому процесі студентів- медиків. Проаналізовані складові інноваційного освітнього симулятора та особливості освітнього середовища вищого медичного навчального закладу. Доведено, що активний розвиток і впровадження нових технологій в освітньому процесі дозволяє не тільки якісно оцінити рівень отриманих знань, а й зробити моделювання основних етапів лікувального процесу. Зроблено висновок, що моделювання клінічних ситуацій значно підвищує рівень освіти медичних працівників і дозволяє зробити вибір відповідного типу обладнання, визначити методику аналізу правильності дій і відтворити реалістичну робочу зону. The article deals with simulation technology and its role in the educational process of innovative medical students opportunities to use simulators in medicine to gain practical experience of future specialists and experienced medical staff overestimated. Training of specialists is carried out using modern simulators patient simulators and computer programs. In special simulation centers are different scenarios, taking into account the characteristics and learning objectives. They gain knowledge and improve their skills physicians, surgeons, trauma, and other medical specialties and auxiliary medical personnel. The new technology can be safely and inexpensively get this type of diagnostic skills as flexible endoscopy, or new methods of surgery, a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Despite the large number of publications on the use of simulators, not paid enough attention to the consideration of this issue in the context of innovative education.
