Окремі аспекти соціально-правового захисту дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування в Україні

Abstract

В статті розглянуто соціальний захист дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування. Окреслено правові засади соціального захисту дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування, зокрема проаналізовано міжнародні нормативно-правові акти, норми Конституції України та окремих Законів України. Розкрито особливості соціального забезпечення дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування та їх соціальне обслуговування шляхом забезпечення соціальним супроводом. Ключові слова: соціальний захист, правовий захист, діти-сироти, діти, позбавлені батьківського піклування, соціальний супровід.

The article reveals the peculiarities of social security of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, analyzed the way of their full state-funded in residential institutions and in family care. The attention is focused on state support for persons from among children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, who continue their education until 23 years or until the end of the respective schools and their support after graduation. The authors have examined the basic social services, guarantees and benefits that you are entitled to orphans, children deprived of parental care and persons from their number, including the provision of education and housing, the right to material assistance.
