Соціальні ризики міжнародної трудової міграції

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано процес перетворення традиційних соціальних ризиків трудових мігрантів у нові форми. В умовах становлення постіндустріального суспільства традиційне ототожненні соціальних ризиків із нормативно-правової закріпленістю соціально-значимих обставин поступається новому розумінню. Доведено, що нові соціальні ризики стали викликом для держави загального добробуту, оскільки раніше вони або не були розпізнані, або не були достатньо поширені, або перебували поза межами компетенції держави. The article analyzes the process of transforming the traditional social risks of labor migrants into new forms. In the conditions of formation of a postindustrial society, the traditional identification of social risks with the regulatory and legal fixation of socially significant circumstances gives way to a new understanding. It has been proved that the new social risks have become a challenge for the state of the general welfare, as previously they were either not recognized, or were not widely distributed, or were outside the competence of the state.
